Udo Erasmus

Being born on stolen land in the chaos of the war in Europe focused him very early on how painful living unconsciously can get, and drove him to look for how we can live in harmony on this planet. This quest led to studies in biological sciences, psychology, and self-knowledge, as well as the many different jobs he took to learn about the world he lives in. Pesticide poisoning focused him on regaining physical health, and this broadened into taking on every aspect of health. He organized a field of total health that takes ALL influences on health into account, and created an easy system that anyone can use to get to total health.
